Grown in the shadow of volcanoes on some of the most fertile soil on earth — our Guatemala single origin from Antigua is a classic for good reason. Smallholder farmers cultivate Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Typica varietals at 1,200–1,616 meters on volcanic loam, producing a medium roast with a rich, layered complexity that balances dark chocolate depth with bright fruit and a butterscotch sweetness.
