Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, and this natural-processed single origin from the Sidama Zone is a testament to why. Grown by smallholder farmers at 1,700–1,900 meters on Nitisol soils, these indigenous heirloom cultivars are sorted by hand and dried on raised beds with the fruit intact — a process that infuses the beans with a lush, fruit-forward sweetness that's unlike anything a washed coffee can produce.
Tasting Notes: Milk chocolate, fruity, caramel, naturally sweet and complex
- Region: Sidama Zone, Ethiopia
- Altitude: 1,700–1,900 M
- Process: Full natural, hand sorted, dried on raised beds
- Variety: Indigenous Heirloom Cultivars
- Roast: Medium-light
Best enjoyed as a pour-over or filter brew to fully appreciate the natural fruit complexity. A coffee that tells the story of where coffee began.
