Bold, rich, and rooted in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani — our Bali Blue single origin is Indonesian coffee at its finest. Grown by smallholder farmers at 1,200–1,600 meters on volcanic loam soil, these Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor beans are hand picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds using the traditional Indonesian Giling Basah process, producing a medium-dark roast with a deep, indulgent character.
